Local Pickup

Yes! Local pickup is available for customers in the area. Simply select “Local Pickup” at checkout, and we’ll email you when your order is ready. Pickup instructions will be provided, so you’ll know exactly where to go.

Order Support

Once you place your order, it starts processing right away because we're just as excited to get it to you as you are! If you need to make a change, contact us at sweatshirtsocial@gmail.com right away. Once processing begins, we may not be able to accommodate changes, but we’ll do our best to help!

You’ll receive email updates as your order moves through processing and shipping. If you need more details, feel free to email us with your order number.

Payments

We want to make your checkout experience as smooth as possible! Sweatshirt Social accepts all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options to keep things simple and safe for you. 

Returns & Exchanges

At Sweatshirt Social, each item is custom-made with care, so we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges. Please double-check sizing and personalization details before placing your order. If you have any questions, please email us at sweatshirtsocial@gmail.com!

We want you to love your order, and we’re here to make it right! If there’s an issue with your item, please email us at sweatshirtsocial@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include your order number and photos of the issue.

Shipping

We work hard to create each piece with care and attention to detail. Please allow 2–4 business days for processing before your order ships. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as it’s on its way.

At the moment, we ship within the United States only. We hope to expand our shipping options in the future, so stay tuned!

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size. Local customers can also select “Local Pickup” at no cost.
